Yes, my first marriage was July 4th in Eureka Springs, Ar. Our anniversaries were no good though, always had to go do the fireworks thing with the kids instead of going out, we always had to do our thing on another day.

I got married on July 3rd. This is an awesome idea because my Husband and I will always have the day after our anniversary off ! If you decide on the 4th I think it will be an awesome choice! Have fun and good luck.

The fireworks are great, but on 4th July you have no choice as to when the start or stop!
It may get annoying after a while…
The venue sounds great though… wish i had somewhere like that where i live in UK.
I’d definately book it… just not on 4th July

Ask the facility how if they do many on the 4th and what it is like. That would be very helpful. If the city has a set time for fireworks, then make sure the band or d.j. cuts off the music before hand. I think it would be an awesome experience for guests and one to remember!

I’m getting married on July 4th 2009. I’m English though, so the date has no meaning for us, other than that it was the day we got together in 2001. We’re also getting married in England, so there won’t be any other big parties on.
If you’re in the USA though, I think it would be a great way of getting a fireworks show for free. Don’t not do it, simply because it’s July 4th. I say do what you wanna do. Good luck!
