There will be kids and spouses – probably 150 people in all. $10,000 budget. Has to be a really smashing venue (and of course all the usual spots are reserved for weddings) and exquisite food to keep the big boss happy.

    I would start looking on Travel Portland’s site as they help companies find meeting locations in the Portland area. They also have a lot of information about local parks and restaurants if you need to have the event catered. Best of luck to you!
